Anti-INTS5 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG reagent raised against Integrator complex subunit 5 (INTS5), supplied as 100 µl of liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS (pH 7.3) containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein of human INTS5 and recognises the endogenous ~108 kDa target by SDS-PAGE. Western blot is the primary validated application on the Antibodies.com listing, with a recommended starting dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2000 on 25 µg of whole-cell lysate per lane and chemiluminescent readout on the secondary step. Reactive on Human and Mouse samples, the reagent supports work on snRNA 3′ end maturation, RNA polymerase II–coupled transcription termination, and Integrator complex assembly in cell line and primary tissue models. For routine use, aliquot the vial on first thaw, store at -20°C for long-term activity, and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve titre across repeated blots. Intended for research use only.
