The INTS4 subunit (~108 kDa, 963 amino acids) is a core scaffold of the Integrator complex, the multiprotein assembly that binds the RNA polymerase II C-terminal domain and drives premature transcription termination at promoter-proximal regions. Loss or mutation of INTS4 disrupts snRNA 3'-end processing and degrades the elongation quality checkpoint that normally restricts improperly configured transcripts.

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against recombinant human INTS4 and detects the endogenous protein at ~108 kDa on western blots of human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated IgG is supplied in a 50 µl vial at a concentration suitable for 1:1,000 primary dilution, with 25 µg of total lysate loaded per lane and ECL chemiluminescent detection producing a clean band. A 90 second exposure time is recommended for routine imaging.

Working aliquots should be stored at -20 °C and protected from freeze-thaw cycles to preserve antibody activity. The polyclonal backbone recognizes multiple epitopes on INTS4, providing tolerance for minor sample variation and supporting robust detection across panels of cultured mammalian cell lines.

For research use only, this antibody supports studies of snRNA biogenesis, RNA polymerase II transcription termination, and Integrator complex composition in cancer biology, developmental gene regulation, and RNA processing.
