Targeting the Integrator complex subunit 4 (also known as INT4, MGC16733, and MST093), this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and affinity-purified before being shipped as an unconjugated IgG preparation in PBS buffer (pH 7.3) with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Each vial contains 100 µl of liquid antibody that recognizes endogenous INTS4 across human, mouse, and rat samples, with a calculated molecular weight near 36 kDa.

The reagent is validated for Western blot at working dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2000; the supporting immunoblot image uses 1:1,000 on 25 µg of whole-cell lysate per lane, developed with an HRP-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary at 1:10,000 and detected with ECL reagent at a 90 s exposure. For continuous use, store at -20 °C; aliquot upon arrival, limit freeze-thaw cycles, and protect from light between uses to preserve lot activity.

Functionally, INTS4 sits at the core of the multi-subunit Integrator complex that associates with RNA polymerase II to drive 3' end processing of small nuclear RNAs, including maturation of U1 and U2 species, and to enforce proper transcription termination of non-coding transcripts. The antibody is therefore suited to studies of snRNP biogenesis, Integrator-dependent gene regulation, and emerging connections to Hedgehog pathway signaling through GLI transcription factors, as well as neurodevelopmental and cancer-related contexts in which the complex becomes dysregulated.
