Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognizes Integrator Complex Subunit 10 (INTS10), a subunit of the Integrator multiprotein complex that partners with RNA polymerase II to drive 3'-end maturation of U1 and U2 small nuclear RNAs. The unconjugated antibody is supplied as 100 µl of polyclonal sera raised in rabbit and is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence workflows. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat INTS10, supporting studies across the most common laboratory model systems.
