Anti-INTS10 Antibody

Antibodies.com provides a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Integrator complex subunit 10 (INTS10). The reagent is raised in rabbit, supplied unconjugated, and is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of INTS10 protein and was generated using recombinant full length human INTS10 as the immunogen.

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and recognises a target of approximately 82 kDa.

INTS10 is an intracellular protein showing low tissue specificity, localised to the nucleoplasm and cytosol, and mapped to chromosome 8.
