Anti-INTS10 Antibody

INTS10 is a subunit of the Integrator complex, a multi-protein assembly that plays a central role in the 3' end processing of small nuclear RNAs (snRNAs) and in modulating snRNA gene transcription by RNA polymerase II. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com was raised against INTS10 and is supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml stock in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The antibody recognizes the human, mouse, and rat INTS10 protein and is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) workflows in research settings.

Because the Integrator complex has been linked to snRNA maturation, transcription regulation, and more recently to mRNA processing and checkpoint control, Anti-INTS10 antibodies are commonly used to map subcellular localization including nuclear speckle distribution, monitor expression across cell lines and tissue panels, and support studies of transcription-coupled RNA processing. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes on INTS10, which is helpful when probing denatured lysates in WB or fixed, paraffin-embedded sections in IHC. Recommended storage at -20°C with aliquoting to limit freeze-thaw cycles preserves activity for long-term use in the lab.
