Raised in rabbit and reactive with human ILF2, this unconjugated polyclonal antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µg aliquot for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. ILF2, also called NF45, is a nuclear DNA-binding subunit of the NF45/NF90 transcription complex that drives interleukin-2 promoter activity in activated T cells. Reagents directed against ILF2 are used to study transcriptional regulation, RNA processing, and innate immune signaling in human cell lysates and tissue sections. The unconjugated format allows flexible pairing with a secondary label of the user's choice for chromogenic or fluorescent detection. For best stability, store aliquots at -20 °C and minimize freeze-thaw cycles to preserve polyclonal titer over time.
