Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody [315]

This mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is directed against human Interferon gamma and carries the clone designation 315. It is of the IgG1 isotype and is supplied unconjugated, in lyophilised form. The reagent has been validated for use in ELISA and Western blot (WB) applications and is reactive with human samples.

The antibody was raised against purified recombinant human Interferon gamma as the immunogen and recognises both recombinant and native human Interferon gamma. It is produced in the Sp2/0-Ag14 cell line and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography. The product is lyophilised from a 0.01M phosphate buffered saline solution at pH 7.0, and the final concentration is reconstitution dependent. Reconstitution should be carried out using double distilled water.

Storage guidance from the supplier is to ship the antibody at 4°C, then upon receipt aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
