This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Integrin β3 (also known as platelet membrane glycoprotein IIIa, ITGB3, Uniprot P05106). The immunogen corresponds to a peptide sequence around amino acids 771–775 (P-L-Y-K-E) of human Integrin β3, and the predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 110 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol; the isotype is rabbit IgG and the conjugate is unconjugated. Each vial contains 50 µL of this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody. It has been validated for Western blotting at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:000 and for immunohistochemistry at 1:50–1:100, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total Integrin β3 in samples from human, mouse and rat origin. For stability, the reagent should be stored at 4 °C for short-term use (up to six months) and at –20 °C for long-term preservation, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. This product is intended for research use only and is not approved for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
