The antibody was raised against a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human Integrin β4. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of Integrin β4 protein. The liquid formulation is provided in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
