Anti-Integrin β2 Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Integrin β2 and is supplied by Antibodies.com. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and ELISA applications, with reactivity against human samples. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Integrin β2 protein.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Integrin β2, and the reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen. It is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
