Integrin β1 (also known as CD29) is a transmembrane glycoprotein that links cells to the extracellular matrix and is central to adhesion, migration, and signaling in development and disease. This unconjugated polyclonal reagent, raised in rabbit, recognises the β1 integrin subunit across human, mouse, and rat samples and is suited to western blot and ELISA workflows in cell biology and cancer research laboratories. Each vial is supplied as 100 µl of ready-to-use antibody, allowing multiple replicate blots and offering flexibility for titration optimisation. Produced by Antibodies.com as part of its Primary Antibodies catalogue, the reagent supports routine immunodetection of integrin β1 in tissue and cell lysates, and the polyclonal format enables recognition of multiple epitopes on the target protein.
