Anti-Integrin β3 (phospho-Y773) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised in rabbit and targets Integrin β3 phosphorylated at Tyrosine 773. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Integrin β3 around the Tyr773 phosphorylation site, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous Integrin β3 only when phosphorylated at this residue. The target protein is reported at molecular weights of approximately 87 and 110 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
