Anti-Integrin β1 (phospho-T788) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting Integrin β1 when phosphorylated at Threonine 788, supplied by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated antibody is raised in Rabbit and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity demonstrated against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Immunisation used a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Integrin β1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 788, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Integrin β1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr788. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity greater than 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE, with the target migrating at approximately 135 kDa. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
