Anti-Integrin β1 Antibody

This recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Integrin β1, also known as CD29, the broadly expressed β-subunit of the integrin receptor family that pairs with multiple α-chains to form heterodimers that bind extracellular matrix proteins such as fibronectin, collagen, and laminin.

Provided as a 50 µl vial of unconjugated antibody in TBS (pH 7.4) buffer containing 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, the reagent is validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and flow cytometry on human, mouse, and rat samples. It is used in studies of cell adhesion, migration, mechanotransduction, and epithelial–mesenchymal transition, and storage at –20 °C protects activity across multiple freeze–thaw cycles.
