Anti-Integrin αV Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is directed against Integrin αV and supplied unconjugated. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and has been shown to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The antibody was generated using recombinant full length Human Integrin αV as the immunogen and specifically detects endogenous levels of the Integrin αV protein, observed at approximately 116 and 140 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
