Anti-Integrin α6 Antibody

Recombinant rabbit monoclonal antibody directed against Integrin α6, a transmembrane adhesion receptor that pairs with β1 or β4 subunits to form heterodimers that bind laminin in the extracellular matrix. Supplied as 50 µl of unconjugated antibody in TBS (pH 7.4) supplemented with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative.

Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human, mouse, and rat samples, this Antibodies.com reagent supports research on epithelial basement-membrane attachment, hemidesmosome assembly, and laminin-dependent migration.
