Anti-Insulin Receptor (K1368) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com that targets the Insulin Receptor and is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied as an unconjugated reagent. The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1341–1390 of human Leu-1 and detects endogenous levels of Insulin Receptor protein, with observed bands at approximately 95 and 156 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
