From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognises the Insulin Receptor when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 1355. It is supplied as an unconjugated polyclonal reagent raised in Rabbit.

The antibody has been validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Insulin Receptor around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 1355, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of Insulin Receptor protein only when phosphorylated at Tyr1355. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, and the purity is greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 95 kDa.
