Description
Antibodies.com offers a Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Insulin (F49), validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 11-60 of Human Insulin.
Insulin (F49) pAb detects endogenous levels of the Insulin protein, which has a molecular weight of ~12 kDa. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE).
