Anti-InsP 3-kinase C Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for inositol-signalling research, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of InsP 3-kinase C (also known as IP3KC, IP3K C, or inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate 3-kinase C). The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of the human protein, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography. Supplied at 1 mg/mL as a 50 µl liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated polyclonal IgG is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) on human samples.
