Anti-INSL3 Antibody

Produced by testicular Leydig cells and, to a lesser extent, ovarian theca cells, INSL3 (Insulin-like peptide 3) is a peptide hormone of the relaxin/insulin superfamily that signals through the G-protein-coupled receptor RXFP2. The peptide drives transabdominal testicular descent during fetal development and remains a circulating biomarker of adult Leydig cell function, androgen status, and certain reproductive cancers, including prostate and breast tumors.
