Anti-INS Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Insulin (INS) supplied by Antibodies.com, presented as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 25-110 of human INS (NP_000198.1). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with affinity purification yielding a reagent of approximately 6 kDa molecular weight and lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:1,000 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC, and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF.
