Anti-INPPL1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against INPPL1 (also referred to as SHIP-2). It is supplied unconjugated and is validated for use in Western Blotting with human, mouse and rat samples.

The reagent is of the IgG isotype and has been produced by affinity purification. The immunogen used in its preparation is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 100–310 of human INPPL1 (NP_001558.3), and the protein target has a reported molecular weight of 160 kDa.

The product is provided as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended working dilution range for Western Blot is 1:500–1:2,000.
