Anti-INPP5D Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to SHIP-1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein is SHIP-1, also known as INPP5D.

The antibody is generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 900–1000 of human SHIP1 (NP_001017915.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. It is provided as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, with a lot-specific concentration and a target molecular weight of 140 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The reagent is supported by four scientific validation images, including Western blot of mouse spleen lysate, immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded rat testis, and immunofluorescence on mouse spleen cells and THP-1 cells.
