A rabbit monoclonal (K13-A) antibody directed against iNOS, offered as a primary antibody by Antibodies.com. The IgG antibody is unconjugated, supplied in liquid form, and reacts with human samples. It is validated for immunohistochemistry applications on paraffin-embedded tissue (IHC-P) and on frozen sections (IHC-Fr).

The immunogen is a peptide derived from the human iNOS sequence, and the antibody recognises the epitope between Ser1118 and Gly1129. The product is provided in Tris Buffered Saline at pH 8.0, containing 20 mg/ml BSA and 0.05% Sodium Azide, and should be stored at 4°C. The recommended working dilution for IHC is 1:100–1:200. According to the supplier, this clone is identical to equivalents offered by Abcam and Novus.
