Anti-INHBA Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and targets INHBA (Inhibin beta A). It is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 126–426 of human Inhibin beta A and purified by affinity chromatography.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The target protein has a molecular weight of 47 kDa, and the product is accompanied by four scientific images.
