ING5 (Inhibitor of Growth Family Member 5) is a chromatin-associated tumor suppressor protein involved in histone acetylation, p53 signaling, and DNA damage response pathways. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com enables detection of endogenous ING5 across multiple experimental readouts in human and mouse model systems.

The reagent is validated for Western blot for protein-level expression analysis, immunohistochemistry for tissue distribution studies, and immunofluorescence for subcellular localization work. Polyclonal recognition of multiple epitopes on the ING5 target supports reliable signal generation in both cell lysate and fixed-section preparations.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml, formulated in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide as preservative and 50% glycerol as cryoprotectant. Storage at -20 °C preserves activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles when aliquoted. The unconjugated format leaves labeling chemistry open to the researcher's choice of secondary antibody or fluorophore.
