Anti-ING5 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets ING5. It is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reacts with human samples. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) use, with recommended dilutions of 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 30 kDa and the antibody has been KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–220 of human ING5 (NP_115705.2). The product is supplied as a liquid, purified by affinity chromatography, and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Concentration is lot specific. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
