Anti-ING4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting ING4 is offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is unconjugated and supplied in liquid form suitable for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It has been validated for reactivity with human and mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-249 of human ING4 (NP_001121054.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 29 kDa. It is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The concentration is lot specific. For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
