Anti-ING4 Antibody

ING4 (Inhibitor of Growth 4, also called p29ING4) is a ~29 kDa nuclear tumor suppressor that participates in chromatin remodeling as a reader of H3K4me3 within the HBO1 histone acetyltransferase complex and contributes to p53-dependent checkpoint signaling. Downregulation of ING4 has been reported in human glioma, where reduced nuclear expression correlates with higher pathological grade and increased microvessel density, making the protein a frequent marker in oncology and chromatin biology studies.
