Anti-ING4 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets the Inhibitor of Growth Family Member 4 (ING4) tumor suppressor and is supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated IgG. It is validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples.

ING4 participates in chromatin remodeling through its association with HBO1/JADE histone acetyltransferase complexes and modulates p53-dependent transcription as well as NF-κB signaling, so antibodies against it support studies of DNA damage response, cell cycle regulation, and tumor progression in glioma, melanoma, and breast cancer research.

Endogenous ING4 can be detected by western blot, and the protein can be localized in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections by immunohistochemistry. The polyclonal format provides recognition of multiple epitopes, an advantage when probing a nuclear protein whose expression levels are often modest and variable across cell types.
