Anti-ING3 Antibody

ING3 (Inhibitor of Growth Family Member 3) is a type II tumor suppressor and a member of the ING family of chromatin readers, featuring a PHD zinc finger domain that recognizes trimethylated histone H3K4 and a SAP domain that contributes to chromatin and nuclear matrix association. The polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against this ING3 target, supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated liquid antiserum in a single-use vial, and validated for western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and immunoprecipitation across human, mouse, and rat samples.
