ING2 (Inhibitor of Growth 2) is a chromatin-associated tumor suppressor that participates in histone acetylation and p53-dependent apoptosis. This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets the ING2 protein and has been validated for use in Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows. The unconjugated reagent recognizes endogenous ING2 in both human and mouse samples, supporting translational studies that compare tumor models with clinical specimens. Researchers studying melanoma, breast carcinoma, and other ING2-linked malignancies rely on this reagent to assess nuclear expression patterns and to monitor chromatin remodeling factor behavior in fixed sections or whole-cell lysates. The antibody is supplied in a 100 µl volume, permitting several membrane or slide incubations per vial. For optimal stability, aliquot upon arrival and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
