Anti-INADL Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets INADL, a protein also referred to as PATJ. Raised in Rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the unconjugated antibody is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human INADL (NP_795352.2). The target protein has a molecular weight of 255 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended Western blot dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.

For storage, the antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
