Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit and supplied unconjugated. The reagent targets IMPDH2 and is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence applications, reacting with human, mouse, and rat samples.
It was generated against recombinant full-length human IMPDH2 and detects endogenous levels of the IMPDH2 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.
It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and recognises a target with a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa.
