Anti-IMPDH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against IMPDH1. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples. The target protein has a molecular weight of 55 kDa.

The reagent is affinity purified from rabbit host antiserum using an immunogen corresponding to amino acids 434–563 of human IMPDH1 (NP_899066.1). It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide; concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and on receipt should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended working dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF.
