Anti-IMP3 Antibody

IMP3 (IGF2BP3) is an oncofetal RNA-binding protein that modulates mRNA stability, subcellular localization, and translation in developing and malignant tissues. This Mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody, distributed by Antibodies.com, binds human IMP3 and is validated for Western Blot detection. The unconjugated primary antibody is supplied as 50 µl of purified immunoglobulin in a 0.1M Tris-Glycine buffer (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.2% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol. IMP3 overexpression has been reported across multiple tumor types, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, clear cell renal cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, and cutaneous melanoma, supporting its use as a marker in cancer research workflows and studies of post-transcriptional gene regulation.
