Anti-IMMT Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, unconjugated and supplied as a liquid, offered by Antibodies.com for detection of IMMT (Mitofilin). It reacts with Human and Mouse samples and is affinity purified. According to the manufacturer's data sheet, the immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 120–270 of human IMMT (NP_006830.2), the reported molecular weight is 90 kDa, and the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Storage instructions are shipment at 4°C followed by aliquoting and storage at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
