Anti-ILKAP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against integrin-linked kinase-associated serine/threonine phosphatase (ILKAP) and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL aliquot of phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated IgG was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to an internal region of human ILKAP, and it specifically detects endogenous levels of total ILKAP protein. Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, making the antibody well suited to studies of the ILK signaling axis in cancer, fibrosis, and metabolic research. The polyclonal host format provides broader epitope coverage for reliable detection, and the unconjugated format allows end users to pair the antibody with their preferred secondary detection chemistry.
