Anti-ILK (Ab-246) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Integrin-Linked Kinase (ILK) and targets the epitope surrounding the serine 246 phosphorylation site of the human protein. Supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in PBS (pH 7.4) with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated IgG preparation has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using an epitope-specific immunogen and is intended for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. The antibody detects endogenous levels of total ILK protein in human and rat samples and is shipped refrigerated on cold packs; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
