Polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against ILF3, supplied by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP), and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It is generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-270 of human ILF3 (NP_036350.2), affinity purified, and provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weight is 95 / 120 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:2,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF 1:50-1:200, and IP 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Antibodies.com also lists additional formats targeting ILF3. A goat polyclonal validated for ELISA and IHC (Human reactivity) is raised against a synthetic peptide from the internal region of human ILF3, purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography, and supplied in Tris Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide at a concentration of 500 µg/ml; recommended dilutions are ELISA 1:32,000 and IHC 2-4 µg/ml. A rabbit monoclonal (clone ARC1438) is validated for WB and IHC and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples; it is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-100 of human ILF3 (Q12906), affinity purified, and supplied in PBS (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol, 0.05% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide. Reported molecular weight is 90 / 100 kDa, with recommended dilutions of WB 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC 1:50-1:200.
