Anti-IL9R Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent directed against IL9R (Interleukin 9 receptor). It is of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the manufacturer also reports its use in immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity is described for Mouse samples, with one manufacturer source additionally listing Human and Rat reactivity and another listing Human reactivity.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 50–150 of human IL9R. The target is reported at a molecular weight of 57 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline; one formulation is at pH 7.3 with 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal, and another is at pH 7.4 with 0.05% NaN3 and 40% glycerol. Purification is by antigen affinity chromatography. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

One manufacturer source recommends dilutions of WB 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC 1:100–1:200.
