Anti-IL9 Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com is raised in rabbit against human Interleukin-9 (IL9), a Th2-associated cytokine implicated in allergic airway inflammation, mast cell activation, and hematopoietic signaling. Validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human tissue, the unconjugated reagent is supplied as 100 µl at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. Researchers studying cytokine networks, mucosal immunity, or IL9-driven tumor microenvironments can use the antibody to detect endogenous IL9 protein in cell lysates by WB or to localize IL9-expressing cells in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded sections by IHC.
