Anti-IL9 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting IL-9, available from Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibody range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied at a lot-specific concentration. It has been validated for western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications with reactivity confirmed against human and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 19-144 of human IL9 (NP_000581.1) and is purified by affinity methods. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
