Anti-IL8 Antibody [I8-61]

From Antibodies.com, this Mouse monoclonal (I8-61) antibody targets human IL8 and is supplied as a lyophilised, unconjugated preparation of the IgG1 isotype. The reagent is validated for ELISA and Western blot applications and reacts with human samples.

According to the manufacturer, it was raised against purified recombinant human IL-8 and recognises both recombinant and native human IL-8, without cross-reactivity to human Monocyte Chemotactic Activating Factor (MCAF) or RANTES. Purity is achieved by Protein G affinity chromatography, with the product formulated lyophilised from 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0.

The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Reconstitution with double distilled water is required prior to use.
