Anti-IL8 Antibody [I8-61]

Mouse monoclonal antibody clone I8-61 from Antibodies.com targets human interleukin-8 (IL8/CXCL8), a pro-inflammatory chemokine that drives neutrophil chemotaxis and is widely studied in the context of acute respiratory distress, sepsis, and chronic inflammatory disease. Produced in mouse hosts as an IgG1 isotype and supplied unconjugated in lyophilised form, the reagent is validated for ELISA and Western blot workflows, supporting detection of endogenous human IL8 protein in cell culture supernatants, tissue lysates, and serum-derived samples. Each vial contains 100 µg of antibody and can be reconstituted for short-term refrigerated storage, with aliquots of the reconstituted stock frozen to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
