Anti-IL8 Antibody [257]

From Antibodies.com, this mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 257) targets IL8 and is validated for ELISA applications on human samples. The unconjugated IgG1 reagent is supplied lyophilised and purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.

The antibody does not cross-react with human Monocyte Chemotactic Activating Factor (MCAF) or RANTES, and recognises both recombinant and native human IL-8. It was raised against purified recombinant human IL-8 and is derived from the Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma line.

The product is formulated in 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.0, and should be reconstituted with double distilled water; concentration is reconstitution dependent. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
