Anti-IL7R Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises IL7R and is supplied unconjugated. It is raised against recombinant human IL7R protein and purified by affinity chromatography using the immunogen. The reagent is provided at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. According to the manufacturer, the antibody detects endogenous levels of total IL7R protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with three scientific validation images referenced in the supporting datasheet. Reactivity has been demonstrated in Human, Mouse and Rat samples, and the product is also listed by a Benelux distributor for IF, IHC and WB in Human. For handling, the product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
