Anti-IL7R Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal unconjugated antibody targeting IL7R, supplied by Antibodies.com as a Primary Antibody. The reagent is validated for WB, IHC and IF applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It is raised in Rabbit and affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunoglobulin is formulated at 1mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, and the target protein runs at approximately 52 kDa. The antibody detects endogenous levels of IL7R protein and was generated against recombinant full length Human IL7R.
